I participate in most all areas of real estate lending and investing. I own a commercial mortgage brokerage, a residential mortgage brokerage, am a partner in several development companies, and actively place hard and private money offerings. My passions are resort development, and large project financing ($10 million and up).

I also broker commodities. Right now I am working on several coal, natural gas, crude oil, and phosphate projects. Generally, I put the capital together to fund these projects, but I also look for potential buyers, partners, or investors.
